LA-SAFE Fusion Center

A fusion center is a collaborative effort of two or more agencies that provide resources, expertise, and/or information to maximize the ability to detect, prevent, investigate, apprehend, and respond to criminal and terrorist activity.

Indicators of Suspicious Activity

• Suspicious drone activity or photography at or around chemical/energy facilities
• Cyber-threats
• Phishing messages
• Loitering around ATMs or banks
• Dumping trash or releasing materials into the air, in waterways, or along transportation routes
• Purchasing of bomb-making materials like black powder, fertilizers, pipes, etc.
